Booking During Covid 19

First of all Covid 19 has so many unknowns and what a wave to be riding together! We are so bummed seeing everyone’s plans come to a halt and lives change in the blink of an eye. If anything it has really made us even more excited about each and every client we will have in the future! So we put ourselves in our clients shoes and came up with a plan. Whether you are postponing or new to booking we know the future is not certain but one thing is for sure! Once we are given the go we will be back in action and have some extra precautions to keep you safe! We can’t wait!

So let’s talk about the fear of committing to a date and paying a deposit. We know it is not ideal to be dropping money into a wedding date during this time. Also you might not even have a date yet for your trip, photoshoot or wedding. I hope the options below work well for you to rest assured we totally get it!

No date? No problem! Send us the date range you are looking at or see what dates we are completely blocked off. We can still send you a flexible quote and get any of your questions answered.

New Bookings – No deposit required until June 1st for 2020 for 2020 bookings and July 1st for 2021 bookings.

First Deposit – After your deposit deadline we will require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This is entirely non-refundable and if you absolutely have to cancel this is still non-refundable as this will go towards the administration costs and date holding fee. If your plans are uncertain at this time shoot us an email and we can discuss a new date to pay the deposit once things are more clear.

Deposit for other’s in your group and final payment – We will not require a deposit for any add-ons or bookings besides for yourself for 2020. If you are certain there will be no changes we can have a deposit placed. In the event they cancel or any changes are made their deposit would go towards your total cost for services.

For any services aside from your own for 2021 we will require a deposit to be paid for them by January 2020. If at this time you are uncertain on how many will add on we can work this out via email. We are really flexible with add-ons so you do not need to worry!

Appointments before July 2020– We will not require a deposit if booked after April 10. We will have a mutual agreement that both parties can cancel without any fees based on the restrictions given in Hawaii for Covid 19.
