Meet Allison - Owner of Reveal Beauty Lounge

Hey there, I’m Allison, Owner of Reveal!

“My love for events started long before Reveal. Our family has been in events my entire life working in audiovisual production, helping bring shows and events to life across the country. So being behind the scenes at events is definitely in our blood! I found my way into weddings first and over the past 11 years our team has been working across multiple locations!”

“Reveal alongside an incredible team of hairstylists and makeup artists, starting in Hawaii and expanding to Southern California, where I grew up, as well as Las Vegas, and most recently Austin, Texas. Along the way, we’ve also stayed connected with the talented artists who have moved growing our network beyond the places we call home. Which has led us to grow our team for events across the country.”

“Through years of weddings and corporate events, I’ve seen how much goes into creating a memorable guest experience.I wanted to bring planners a thoughtful, organized approach to hair and makeup, with a team that works well together and understands the pace of live events.”

“My goal is simple: bring the most talented yet approachable people to your event, Make your job easier and help your guests feel confident, cared for, and ready for whatever’s next.”

“Thank you for supporting the Reveal team and my dream!”

Previous Events

IMEX 2026

What a week we had at IMEX in Las Vegas! It’s our first year being a part of this event where event professionals from all over the world gather together to connect, grow, and get ideas!

We set up a beauty lounge with 5 of our talented artists to offer 30-minute hair and makeup services. In the 3-day event, we had the pleasure of glamming up 240 event professionals! It was so rewarding to see the excitement and confidence each client felt when leaving the chair. We even had the pleasure of getting IMEX’s social media manager and the CEO ready for the day!

The vision for the booth was to showcase our offerings but also blend our brand with our partner for the event, Clarity Experiences. We worked with Clarity for the build and design so that our booth was visible from throughout the venue, clear on our offerings, and comfortable for the guests of both brands.

As a first year, we were welcomed and raved about! A guest told us that “we were the buzz” as they heard about us in the food court amongst the attendees! This just shows that clients want to create a memorable experience for their attendees, and we are happy to be the go-to team for beauty at events!

Thank you, IMEX, for having us!
What a great way to connect, relax, and be inspired for the next event!
