Over the past two years we have experienced multiple cancellations, postponements and changes given the state of covid-19. Our goal has been to be as flexible as possible as we navigate through these new times together. Please read carefully below.

2022

Select dates in 2022 will not receive a request for a deposit. For some months in 2022: $100 non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days of booking for any bookings that block off 3 or more hours. (Example- any appointments for more than 2 services)
The non-refundable deposit goes towards your final balance due on the day of the appointment.

If the appointment must be rescheduled we will move the appointment to the date one time without a charge. Any new rates for the new date will apply. Once the appointment date has changed more than once there will be another deposit of $100 required to hold the new date. The new rates will apply as well.

The deposit made to reserve your appointment is non-refundable. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment time will result in full payment of the services scheduled. As we block out a large portion of time for any of our services we ask that you communicate any changes to your appointment at your earliest convenience.

Deposits can be processed online via Square Up using a credit or debit card. The remainder of your payment may be paid via cash or card. We accept all major credit cards. Our payments are processed via Square Up. The final payment must be made within 24 hours of your service to avoid a late fee of $25 per day the payment is late. We do not accept Venmo for payments, but you may use Venmo to tip your individual artist or reimburse parking.

Yes, our stylists will travel to you. We do not have a studio. A travel fee may apply.

We recommend doing your trial as close to your appointment date as possible so you have more time to decide on your look and we can better predict our team schedule so we can match your trial artist as your wedding day / appointment artist. Typically 1-2 months prior to your wedding date is best. If you would like a trial, please let us know when you book. Though we recommend doing the trial 1-2 months prior to your date, you may email us to arrange your trial earlier than that time frame.

We do not have a set date we need to know by, but we appreciate you letting us know as early as possible so we can schedule our team accordingly. We will always do our best to accommodate additional services requested, but there is a better chance we will be able to accommodate if you ask us sooner rather than later. We appreciate you letting us know ahead of time if you think your services may change, or if you anticipate some services will be removed or you will want to add more.

No, we do not have a minimum. We are happy to accommodate both large parties as well as appointments for single services.

We will reach out about a week prior to your appointment with our inspiration form. If you have booked an appointment and you are ready to submit your inspiration photos now, you may do so on our form here.

For a blowout, your hair should be freshly washed and wet when we arrive. For any style not paired with a blowout, your hair should be clean and 100% dry. Clean skin with all makeup removed is the best canvas for our makeup artistry. You should also moisturize your face prior to our arrival. Dress for comfort if you’ll be changing into event clothing. It is best to wear something that buttons so that it doesn’t need to go over your head to remove it.

We use a variety of our favorites which will include familiar brands such as Koko Lashes, Makeup Forever, Estee Lauder, Hourglass, Kat Von D, Smashbox, Ardell Lashes, Anastasia of Beverly Hills, MAC, MUD, Benefit, Davines, Moroccan Oil, Kenra, Joico, Ibiza brushes and many more. For spray tans we typically use Sjolie Tan Solutions. If you have allergies to certain makeup or hair products, please let us know.

All of our products are very long lasting, but there are a few things you can do to help the longevity like bringing blotting papers. We also suggest a more mattifying foundation or airbrush since those tend to hold up a bit better especially for our oily skin clients. Check out our blog article on keeping your makeup fresh.

Yes, we do provide a variety of false eyelashes for you to choose from. We have full strip as well as individual lashes and they are included in all of our packages and services except for the kids make up and junior bridesmaid.

We do have a lot of different lipsticks you can choose from, but if you have a favorite color, you can always bring that to your appointment.

Our artists can achieve the look you want as they have a fully stocked kit, so no need to bring anything. However, if you have a specific product of your own that you want us to use, you may bring it and we are happy to apply it.

We use a variety of different lipsticks and some last longer than others. If you are looking for something that stays on all day and doesn’t transfer, then you want to go with a liquid lipstick. If you're looking for something more natural, then go with a regular lipstick or a gloss. We will provide you with a touch up of the color we used so you can reapply throughout the day.

We do have vegan and cruelty free products, but not every stylist carries a full vegan or cruelty free kit. If that is something you are interested in, please let us know beforehand so we can make sure to match you with the right artist.

In our opinion, hair extensions are a great idea! They can add that little extra to your desired hairstyle and increase volume or length, especially if you're thinking of going with a braid or feel like your hair doesn’t hold a curl well.

The airbrush foundation is a very thin liquid foundation that will be applied with a spray gun. (A contactless application!) Because it’s so thin, it feels very light and is barely noticeable. The coverage varies from very light to full coverage depending on how many layers are applied; however, even a full coverage application still looks and feels light. The regular foundation is a liquid that will be applied with a brush or a sponge. Depending on the desired level of coverage, we will choose the right brand for you. Our regular foundations also feel and look very light. If you're not sure what’s the right choice for you, you can always discuss with the artist on the day of and they can help choose the perfect foundation depending on your needs.
