Christy was born and raised in Hawaii. The moment she knew she wanted to go to beauty school was when she started rocking her dark blue smokey eyes in high school. Looking back it was a terrible look, but it was the start to her now 10+ years in the beauty industry. After getting certified and licensed as a cosmetologist, Christy was trained under a celebrity hair and makeup artist from Japan. There, she got her start in the Wedding industry. Today, she continues to expand her knowledge and keeps up with trends thanks to her teammates here at Reveal and continuing education with online courses and workshops. What she loves most about her job is the connection she makes with people and the capability of making them feel beautiful and happy through her artistry.
