Trained and licensed as a hair stylist for over 10 years, Allison has worked in salons and for weddings and events throughout Southern California before moving to Hawaii at age 23. She has been mentored by a number of celebrity stylists and continuously works to hone her skills and keep up with trends. She surrounds herself as much as possible with inspiration to advance, reflect, interpret and recreate. Allison's passion for connecting with clients and future clients is what fuels her energy. Having clients feel comfortable with the Reveal team and their professional work is her daily goal.

Jill is the heart behind the scenes for our Hawai'i team, keeping everything running smoothly from your first inquiry to your wedding day. She manages communication, bookings, scheduling, and all the details in between, ensuring your planning experience is seamless and stress-free while our artist focus on making you look and feel your best.
Jill earned her degree in Business Management and joined Reveal in 2022. Fun fact: she and Allison have been friends since they were 20 yers old, when they worked together at a restaurant!
Outside of Reveal, Jill is a proud mom of four. She loves spending time on the volleyball court and traveling to cheer on her kids as they compete in club and college volleyball.

Jill is our loved behind-the-scenes coordinator for our Hawaii location. She keeps everything running smoothly from your very first inquiry to your wedding day. She manages all of the communication, bookings, scheduling, and every detail in between, while answering any questions along the way to make your planning experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Although you will never meet her at an appointment, she has so much joy in being a part of your wedding journey and making sure everything is in place so our talented artists can focus on helping you look and feel your absolute best on your big day!
Jill holds a degree in Business Management and has worked in a variety of roles throughout the business world. In 2022, she found her way into the wedding hair and makeup industry with Reveal. Side note, her and Allison have been friends since they were 20 and worked a restaurant job together!

The Beginning
Our story began with Allison, who began her career as a model at the age of 13 and fell in love with the behind-the-scenes aspect of the industry. After years of experience as a model and hair stylist, she had a vision of building a reliable professional hair and makeup team who shared her passion of helping people feel their best through beauty. She created Reveal and built a team of diverse, talented artists. Since opening in 2015, the Reveal team has beautified thousands of clients in Hawaii.

Two New Locations On The Mainland
San Diego & Las Vegas officially launched! It was a busy year of growing a team, training new artists and getting to know our San Diego and Las Vegas brides. What a treat to see so many beautiful venues across coastal La Jolla to the vineyards or Temecula. Reveal also started working on conferences which allowed us to meet some influential keynote speakers!
Up the California Coast
After a lot of requests, it was meant to be for us to start growing our team in Orange County & Coastal Los Angeles! From charming San Clemente to beautiful Malibu we have been fortunate enough to already have weekends full with clients. A highlight of opening here was Allison getting to spend the summer in her hometown to get the ball rolling.
